Squash casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- carrots, grated - 3 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- squash - 2 lb
- stuffing mix - 4 oz
How to make squash casserole:
Cook together, drain and mash the squash, onion and carrots. Mix together soup and sour cream, then add to mashed mixture. Put layer of stuffing in a 9 x 13-inch pan, then a layer of squash mixture. Next, drizzle butter over. Repeat layers. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
