  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • thinly sliced zucchini - 3 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
  • oregano leaves - 1/2 tsp
  • clove finely chopped garlic - 1 item

How to make zucchini appetizers:

Heat oven to 350°. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Mix all ingredients and spread in pan. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Cut into 2 x 1-inch rectangles. Refrigerate remaining appetizers.
