Zucchini appetizers
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- thinly sliced zucchini - 3 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- oregano leaves - 1/2 tsp
- clove finely chopped garlic - 1 item
How to make zucchini appetizers:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Mix all ingredients and spread in pan. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Cut into 2 x 1-inch rectangles. Refrigerate remaining appetizers.Recipe categories: Egg, Squash, Appetizers.
