  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • dried oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
  • clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
  • thinly sliced unpared zucchini - 3 c

How to make zucchini appetizer:

Mix all ingredients; spread in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake until golden brown at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool slightly; cut into finger size pieces. Should be served slightly warm. Makes about 4 dozen.
