Zucchini appetizer
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- dried oregano - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
- thinly sliced unpared zucchini - 3 c
How to make zucchini appetizer:
Mix all ingredients; spread in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake until golden brown at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool slightly; cut into finger size pieces. Should be served slightly warm. Makes about 4 dozen.Recipe categories: Squash, Appetizers, Vegetables.
