- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter - 1/4 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
- parsley
- zucchini - 4 c
How to make zucchini pie:
Piece together crescent rolls in a pie pan. Thinly slice zucchini, leaving skins on; saute it with onion and butter for 15 minutes. Add remaining garlic powder, oregano, basil and parsley. Beat 3 eggs in a bowl and add cheese. Combine all in the pie pan and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Italian, European.
