  • eggs - 3 item
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • basil - 1/2 tsp
  • shredded Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
  • parsley
  • zucchini - 4 c

How to make zucchini pie:

Piece together crescent rolls in a pie pan. Thinly slice zucchini, leaving skins on; saute it with onion and butter for 15 minutes. Add remaining garlic powder, oregano, basil and parsley. Beat 3 eggs in a bowl and add cheese. Combine all in the pie pan and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
