Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- margarine - 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- mustard - 2 tsp
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
- basil - 1/4 tsp
- crescent rolls - 8 oz
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
- chopped parsley - 1/2 c
- thinly sliced zucchini - 4 5
How to make italian zucchini crescent pie:
Separate crescent rolls. Press into ungreased 10-inch pie pan, over bottom and up sides. Spread crust with mustard. Cook and stir zucchini and onion in margarine. Add all spices. Combine 2 beaten eggs and shredded Mozzarella. Stir into zucchiniRecipe categories: Breakfast, Squash, Appetizers.
