Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • thinly sliced zucchini - 3 c
  • parsley, chopped - 2 tsp
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
  • clove chopped garlic - 1 item

How to make zucchini appetizers:

Heat oven to 350°. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Spread in pan. Bake until golden brown, approximately 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into pieces. Serve hot or cold.
