Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- mustard - 2 tsp
- chopped parsley - 1/2 c
- 2 c - 8 oz
- can crescent rolls - 8 oz
- sliced, unpeeled zucchini - 4 c
- oregano leaves - 1/4 tsp
- large eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- sweet basil leaves - 1/4 tsp
How to make zucchini pie:
Heat oven to 375°. Cook zucchini and onion in butter until tender. Stir in parsley and seasonings. In a large bowl, blend eggs and cheese. Stir in vegetable mixture. Separate dough into triangles. Place in ungreased 10-inch pie plate. Press over bottom and up sides. Spread crust with mustard. Pour vegetable mixture into crust.
