Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • mustard - 2 tsp
  • chopped parsley - 1/2 c
  • 2 c - 8 oz
  • can crescent rolls - 8 oz
  • sliced, unpeeled zucchini - 4 c
  • oregano leaves - 1/4 tsp
  • large eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • sweet basil leaves - 1/4 tsp

How to make zucchini pie:

Heat oven to 375°. Cook zucchini and onion in butter until tender. Stir in parsley and seasonings. In a large bowl, blend eggs and cheese. Stir in vegetable mixture. Separate dough into triangles. Place in ungreased 10-inch pie plate. Press over bottom and up sides. Spread crust with mustard. Pour vegetable mixture into crust. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
