Zucchini nut bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 3/4 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- unsifted all-purpose flour - 3 c
- lemon flavoring - 1 tsp
- salad oil - 1 c
- chopped, unpeeled zucchini - 2 c
How to make zucchini nut bread:
Grease and flour two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. Sift flour with cinnamon, soda, salt and baking powder. In medium bowl, combine lemon peel, zucchini and walnuts.In a large bowl, combine sugar, salad oil and eggs. Beat until smooth. Add sifted dry ingredients, mixing until smooth and well combined. Pour into pans. Bake 55 to 60 minutes at 350° or until done. Cool on wire racks.
