Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- nuts - 1 c
- oatmeal - 1 c
- shredded zucchini - 1 c
How to make zucchini nut bread:
Grease and flour loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350°. Mix together the sugars and milk, oil, egg and vanilla. Sift into mixture the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Mix well. Add nuts, oatmeal and zucchini. Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350° for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Squash.
