Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped nuts - 3/4 c
- flour
- butter - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
How to make tea cakes:
Cream together butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Sift flour and salt together; add to butter mixture with the nuts. Chill dough 3 hours. Preheat oven to 400°. Form dough into 1-inch balls. Bake on cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes. While cRecipe categories: Desserts, Breads, Coffee cakes.
