Zucchini nut bread

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 3 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• cups sugar - 2 item
• cup chopped walnuts - 1 item
• cups flour - 3 item
• cup canola oil - 1 item
• cup grated carrot - 1/2 item
• 1/2 cups grated zucchini - 1 item

How to make zucchini nut bread:

Blend eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Add zucchini and carrot. Add flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir in nuts. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
