Coffee cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• milk - 1/2 c
• egg - 1 item
• Crisco oil - 3 Tbsp
• Bisquick mix - 1 c

How to make coffee cake:

Stir first five ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into lightly greased 8 x 8-inch pan. Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle on top. Bake 30 minutes in a 450° oven. Cool 15 minutes.
