  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla extract
  • flour
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder - 3/4 tsp
  • baking soda
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • raisins - 1 c
  • walnuts - 1 c

How to make zucchini nut bread:

Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl and all liquid in another bowl. Combine the two and mix well. Pour in 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
