Zucchini medley
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 oz
- paprika to taste - 1 item
- garlic clove, minced - 1 item
- onion, chopped fine - 1/4 c
- Mozzarella
- can whole tomatoes, drained - 1 item
- medium zucchini, sliced 1/4-inch or so - 1 item
How to make zucchini medley:
Cook everything except tomatoes and cheese in a large skillet. Cover. When zucchini is tender, add tomatoes, cut up. When tomatoes are heated through, serve and add cheese.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Cheese.
