Zucchini medley
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1/2 c
- small green zucchini - 1 item
- small yellow zucchini - 1 item
- can Italian or salsa tomatoes - 1 oz
- Alpine Touch - 1 tsp
How to make zucchini medley:
Slice zucchini and onion and saute in butter until just tender. Add Italian style tomatoes and cheese and heat until cheese melts. If you like a little spice to your vegetables, use the salsa tomatoes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Cheese.
