Hamburger corn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- margarine - 1 pack
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 oz
- lean ground beef
- chopped pimento - 1/4 c
- can condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 3/4
- can condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
How to make hamburger corn casserole:
Lightly brown beef in heavy skillet or Dutch oven. Add onion and cook until tender, but not browned. Add corn, soups, sour cream, pimento, salt and pepper. Stir in cooked drained noodles.
