Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 6 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- peeled, grated zucchini - 6 c
How to make zucchini jam:
Add 1 cup water to zucchini. Bring to a boil. Cook 6 minutes. Add sugar, lemon juice, pineapple and jello. Cook 6 minutes more. Put in jars.Recipe categories: Squash, Condiments, etc., Jams and preserves.
