Zucchini chocolate cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- margarine, softened - 1/2 c
- ground cloves - 1/2 tsp
- shredded raw zucchini - 2 c
- sour milk 2 tsp - 1 c
How to make zucchini chocolate cake:
Cream margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk and beat well. Mix all dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Beat well. Stir in zucchini. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Top with 1/2 cup chocolate chips.Bake at 325° for 30 minutes or until cake tester inserted into cake comes out clean and dry. No frosting is necessary. The cake is rich and moist.
