Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- chocolate chips - 1/4 c
- oleo - 1/2 c
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- sour milk - 1/2 c
- flour enough for cake-like - 1 item
- zucchini, finely chopped - 2 c
- nuts, optional - 1 item
How to make zucchini chocolate cake:
Cream together oleo, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Mix well. Stir in dry ingredients. Beat well. Stir in zucchini. Turn into greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top. Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes. NoRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
