Ingredients/Components
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- Crisco - 1/2 c
- sugar - 3 c
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- large eggs - 5 item
- 7-Up - 3/4 c
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- lemon flavoring - 1 tsp
- coconut flavoring - 1 tsp
How to make 7-up pound cake:
Grease and flour tube cake pan. Cream sugar and margarine. Add Crisco with two of the eggs. Cream together well. Add remaining eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour to mixture alternately with 7-Up. Add flavorings. Bake in preheated oven at 325° for 1 hour 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low sodium.
