• butter - 3 Tbsp
• bread crumbs - 1 c
• tomatoes, chopped - 1 qt
• onions - 1/2 c
• cheese, grated
• zucchini - 2 lb

How to make zucchini casserole:

Topping:1 c. cheese, grated1 c. bread crumbs butter Saute onions in 3 tablespoons butter. Add zucchini and cook until tender. In greased casserole, place onions, zucchini and tomatoes. Mix together cheese and bread crumbs and place on top. Dot
