Crumb cake

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• packed brown sugar
• flour - 2 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• allspice - 1/2 tsp
• sour milk - 1 c
• shortening oleo - 1/2 c
• box stewed raisins, drained - 1/2 item

How to make crumb cake:

Mix flour, sugar and shortening until crumbly. Reserve 1/2 cup to put on top of cake before baking. Add the rest of the ingredients and put in pan, topping with reserved crumbs. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
