Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- packed brown sugar
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- allspice - 1/2 tsp
- sour milk - 1 c
- shortening oleo - 1/2 c
- box stewed raisins, drained - 1/2 item
How to make crumb cake:
Mix flour, sugar and shortening until crumbly. Reserve 1/2 cup to put on top of cake before baking. Add the rest of the ingredients and put in pan, topping with reserved crumbs. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Breads, Coffee cakes.
