- coconut - 1 item
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- yellow or white cake mix - 1 item
- can cream of coconut - 1 item
How to make coconut cake:
Bake cake as directed. Cut in serving pieces or punch holes in cake while hot. Mix milk and cream of coconut. Pour over cake while hot. Cool and cover. Spread Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with coconut.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
