  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 3 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • nuts, chopped - 1 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat eggs lightly; add sugar, vanilla, oil and zucchini. Sift dry ingredients; add to mix. Add nuts. Divide into 2 loaf pans, well-greased. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
