  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • nuts - 1 c
  • grated zucchini - 2 c
  • raisins - 1 c
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • Add flour, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and vanilla

How to make zucchini bars:

Mix sugar, eggs, grated zucchini and oil. Add flour, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and vanilla. Add raisins and nuts. Bake in greased cookie sheet at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool and frost.Cream Cheese Frosting:1/2 c. margarine1 tsp. vanilla1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 box powdered sugar Blend well.
