Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 3 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• oil - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• baking soda - 4 tsp
• zucchini, shredded - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Then mix in rest of ingredients. Put in 2 regular bread pans, greased and floured or 4 small pans. Bake at 325° for 1 hour. For chocolate zucchini bread add 2 squares of melted chocolate and decrease the baking powder to 2 teaspoons.
