Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 3 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
  • crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
  • zucchini, shredded - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into small greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
