  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 3 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • raisins optional - 1 item
  • nuts optional - 1 item
  • zucchini shredded - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix first 5 ingredients. Add the rest. Blend well. Grease and flour pans well. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Makes 2 loaves.
