Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 3 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 3 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
• oil - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• nuts optional - 1 c
• cloves - 1/4 tsp
• grated peeled zucchini - 2 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat the eggs until foamy. Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla; mix lightly. Add the flour, salt, soda, baking powder, spices and nuts; mix well. Bake in 2 greased and floured bread pans for 1 hour at 350°.
