- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- nutmeg - 3/4 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- can crushed pineapple - 1 1/4
- raisins optional - 1 c
- chopped pecans or walnuts - 1 c
- shredded zucchini - 2 c
How to make pineapple zucchini bread:
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until thick. Stir in zucchini, pineapple, flour, soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, nuts and raisins. Blend well. Pour into two greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour orRecipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Pineapple.
