Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 3 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- grated zucchini with skins - 2 c
How to make zucchini bread:
Preheat oven to 325°. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Beat the eggs. Mix in the oil and sugar. Mix in the zucchini and skins, nuts and vanilla. Sift and mix the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Combine batter mixture with dry ingredients. Bake for 1 hour at 325°.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
