Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 3 c
• oil - 1 c
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• grated zucchini - 2 c
• raisins - 1 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Mix all together well. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
