Oatmeal bread



Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- boiling water - 2 c
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- warm water - 1/2 c
- quick oats - 1 c
- whole wheat flour - 1/2 c
- pinch of sugar - 1 item
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
- brown sugar slightly fill - 1/2 c
- white flour plus a little more - 5 c
How to make oatmeal bread:
Combine in a large bowl the oats, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, salt and margarine. Pour the boiling water over. Stir into combined ingredients and let set until lukewarm. Dissolve in a cup the yeast in the warm water and a pinch of sugar. Stir in tRecipe categories: Breads, Low fat, Yeast breads.
