  • thinly sliced zucchini - 3 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • Romano cheese - 1/2 c
  • parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
  • finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • clove garlic, chopped - 1 item

How to make zucchini appetizer:

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease oblong pan (13 x 9 x 2-inches). Mix all ingredients together. Pour in pan and bake until golden brown, approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
