Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- olive oil - 3/4 c
- linguine - 1 lb
- chopped, fresh parsley - 1/4 c
- chopped clams - 3 c
- to 6 cloves fresh garlic - 4 item
- all the clam juice you can get - 1 item
How to make white clam sauce:
Heat oil in pan; chop garlic and cook in olive oil until golden brown. Add clam juice and pepper; let simmer very slowly. Add clams. A few minutes before serving, add parsley. Pour over linguine and serve.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Savory sauces.
