  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • olive oil - 3/4 c
  • linguine - 1 lb
  • chopped, fresh parsley - 1/4 c
  • chopped clams - 3 c
  • to 6 cloves fresh garlic - 4 item
  • all the clam juice you can get - 1 item

How to make white clam sauce:

Heat oil in pan; chop garlic and cook in olive oil until golden brown. Add clam juice and pepper; let simmer very slowly. Add clams. A few minutes before serving, add parsley. Pour over linguine and serve.
