Ingredients/Components

  • heavy cream - 1/2 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • parsley - 3 Tbsp
  • olive oil - 4 Tbsp
  • onions, chopped - 1 c
  • vodka - 1/2 c
  • hot red pepper - 3 Tbsp
  • cans crushed tomatoes or plum tomatoes - 2 item

How to make vodka sauce:

Saute onions, red pepper flakes and parsley in olive oil until onions are see through. Then put in tomatoes and vodka. Simmer 15 minutes, then put in heavy cream for another 5 minutes. Make with ziti.
