Vidalia onion casserole
Ingredients/Components
- large onions, sliced - 5 item
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 12 item
- sausage, browned and drained - 1 lb
- big onion, sliced - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- or more sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make vidalia onion casserole:
Place 5 large onions into buttered casserole dish. Layer crackers, sausage and last onion. Mix soup with milk and pour on top. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until onions are cooked.Note: So-good!
