Ingredients/Components
- sweet potatoes - 3 c
- sugar - 3/4 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter - 2/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- coconut
- light brown sugar - 1 c
- flour - 1/3 c
- nuts, chopped - 1 c
How to make sweet potato souffle:
Topping:1 c. coconut1 c. light brown sugar1/3 c. flour3/4 c. butter1 c. nuts, chopped Combine potatoes, sugar, milk, 1/3 cup butter, eggs and vanilla. Mix well and place in large baking dish.Mix topping and sprinkle over potatoes. Melt remaining butter and drizzle over topping. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
