Ingredients/Components
- potatoes, washed - 4 item
- milk - 1 item
- butter - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- bacon bits - 1 item
- chives - 1 item
How to make twice baked potatoes:
Bake potatoes and cut into halves. Empty potato centers into bowl and put shells to the side. Mix the potato centers as you would mashed potatoes with milk and butter. After getting the consistency you want, add egg and 1/2 cup cheese. Mix well. Spoon mixture back into potato shells. Top with more cheese, bacon bits and chives.
