Ingredients/Components
- cold water - 1/4 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- Kikkoman soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- handfuls green beans, tender and fresh - 2 item
How to make stir-fried green beans:
Heat skillet or wok on medium high heat until a drop of water sizzles when sprinkled on it. Add oil and rotate in skillet to coat bottom. Add washed beans (ends trimmed) and stir or shake in pan until beans are well coated with oil and begin to char. Sprinkle on soy sauce, stir, then add water and cover. Simmer on low heat until crispy-tender, approximately 5 to 8 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Green/yellow beans.
