- milk - 2/3 c
- butter, melted - 2 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- can corn - 1 item
- cheese, grated - 4 tsp
How to make scalloped corn:
Beat egg; add milk and melted butter. Put corn, crumbs and cheese in layers into casserole. Pour liquid over top. Bake at 350° until cheese is melted.Recipe categories: Low fat, Vegetables, Corn.
