Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated cheese - 1 c
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- onions, finely chopped - 1/2 c
- cooked squash - 2 c
- packaged herb seasoning mix stuffing - 1 c
How to make squash casserole:
Mash cooked squash finely; blend all ingredients except cheese. Put in a greased casserole; top with grated cheese. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Squash, Side dish, Casseroles.
