Vegetarian meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- water - 1/2 c
- oatmeal
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- oregano - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- medium eggs - 3 item
- ground nuts
- seasoning to taste - 1 item
- slices soaked wheat bread, squeezed out - 4 item
How to make vegetarian meatballs:
Mix first 7 ingredients and shape with wet hands. Cook in electric skillet with tomato soup, tomato sauce, water and seasoning to taste (ex. thyme, savory, rosemary, sage).
