Vegetarian meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- finely chopped nuts - 1 c
- sage - 1 tsp
- bread crumbs - 2 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- parsley - 1 tsp
- tomato juice - 2 qt
- thyme - 1 tsp
- Italian seasonings - 1 item
- cloves garlic or garlic powder - 3 item
- grated cheese Mozzarella - 1 c
How to make vegetarian meatballs:
Mix all ingredients together, except tomato juice, garlic and Italian seasonings; mixture should be moist, never runny. Form into little balls. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.In a large pot, bring to boil tomato juice, garlic and some Italian seasonings. Add meat balls. Boil for 10 minutes and simmer for 30 minutes.
