Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- medium eggs - 3 item
- ground nuts
- oatmeal
- slices soaked wheat bread, squeezed out - 4 item
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- oregano - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- water - 1/2 c
- seasoning to taste - 1 item
How to make vegetarian meatballs:
Mix first 7 ingredients and shape with wet hands. Cook in electric skillet with tomato soup, tomato sauce, water and seasoning to taste (ex. thyme, savory, rosemary, sage). Heat to boiling (300 to 350°) and turn down to simmer 20 to 30 minutes until done.Recipe categories: Time to make, < 30 mins, Vegetarian.
