  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • oil - 1 Tbsp
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • chopped onions - 1 c
  • can tomato sauce - 15 oz
  • ground beef
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • Tabasco sauce - 1/8 tsp
  • chopped bell pepper - 1 c
  • spaghetti sauce mix - 1 pkg
  • sliced Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
  • all-purpose flour not self-rising - 1 c

How to make pop-up pizza:

Pop-Up Batter:1 c. milk1 Tbsp. oil2 eggs1 c. all-purpose flour (not self-rising)1/2 tsp. salt1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese Heat oven to 400°. In large skillet, brown ground beef. Drain fat. Stir in onions, bell pepper, garlic, oregano, salt, water, pepper sauce, tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce. Stir and simmer 10 minutes.

Batter: In a small bowl, combine milk, oil and eggs; beat 1 minute at medium speed. Mix flour and salt together. Add to milk mixture and beat for 2 minutes at medium speed or until smooth.

Pour meat mixture into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with cheese slices. Pour batter over cheese, covering completely. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
