Vegetable soup
Ingredients/Components
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- boiling water - 6 c
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- dill - 1/2 tsp
- chopped garlic - 1 tsp
- small zucchini - 2 item
- small yellow squash - 2 item
- cubes vegetable bouillon - 4 item
- box frozen vegetables - 1 item
- box green beans or fresh - 1 item
How to make vegetable soup:
Add oil to pot with garlic and onions and saute on medium heat. (If fresh beans are used, saute with onions and garlic.) Add boiling water and bouillon, then frozen vegetables. Add zucchini and squash last. Let simmer for 10 minutes and serve. Serves 6.Option: Add barley to boiling water, if desired.
