- can tomato juice - 1 oz
- onion - 1 item
- celery - 1 item
- cabbage, shredded - 1 item
- potatoes, diced - 1 item
- cans carrots - 2 item
- jalapeno peppers - 1 item
- cans whole tomatoes - 2 item
- large cans tomato sauce - 2 item
- cans lima beans - 2 item
- cans corn whole kernel - 2 item
- cans purple hull peas - 2 item
How to make vegetable soup:
Cook stew beef in pressure cooker for 30 minutes. In one pan, cook potatoes, cabbage, onion and celery. In a large stock pot, empty both cans of tomatoes. Cut up the tomatoes. Add all the other canned goods and simmer. Cut up jalapeno peppers and add to vegetables. Add potato mixture when done. When stew beef is done, separate meat from fat. Add meat to vegetables.
