- catsup - 1/2 c
- peas - 1 qt
- tomatoes - 1 qt
- corn - 1 qt
- green beans - 1 qt
- large onions - 4 item
- lima beans - 1 qt
- chuck beef, cut fine - 4 4
- about 6 carrots
- or 6 pieces celery - 5 item
- bouillon beef cubes - 4 item
How to make vegetable soup:
Use meat from boiling meat. Boil meat until done, then cut up. Cook each vegetable separately and add to pot. Add bouillon cubes and simmer at least 1/2 hour.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Weeknight, Soups & stews.
