- chopped onions - 1 c
- clove garlic - 1/2 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- carrots - 2 c
- potatoes - 2 c
- peas - 2 c
- celery - 2 c
- corn - 2 c
- green beans - 2 c
- stewed tomatoes - 2 c
- butter beans - 2 c
- lima beans - 2 c
- roast beef - 1 lb
- pieces boneless chicken - 4 item
- hominy - 2 c
- pieces pork loin chops - 4 item
- own seasonings - 1 item
How to make hillbilly stew:
Season all meat with spices of your choice. Cook until done. While meat is cooking, get vegetables ready. When cleaned and cut, put them in a large pan and cook them until almost done.
